The word 'unemployment' means a person in the state (রাজ্যের এমন
একজন ব্যক্তি) who is out of work. That means, when a man is jobless (কর্মহীন) we call him unemployed (বেকার). This is a curse (অভিশাপ) for any
country. Thousands of
people of our country are suffering
(সমস্যায় ভোগছে) from it. At present, this becomes the hardest challenge (একটি জটিল চ্যালেঞ্জ) for any young
man to manage a job.
Nowadays
(বর্তমানে) unemployment problems
have become a major (প্রধান) the problem in our country. There are many reasons for it. First is, Bangladesh is
an overpopulated (অতিরিক্ত জনসংখ্যা)
country. The overpopulation is the main
cause (প্রধান কারণ)
for this problem.This
overgrowing population (এই ক্রমবর্ধমান জনসংখ্যা)
is much larger than the job opportunities
(সুযোগ).
Others reasons are limited lands, Lack of proper industrialization, (সঠিক শিল্পায়ন)
lack of capital and technology, lack of technical
and vocational education, lack of skill also the reason for the unemployment problem. After
all, there are unemployed people who are not fit for work because of their
physical and mental disabilities
(অক্ষমতা) .
We know this is a great
issue for our country. It is not possible to solve this problem by the
government alone. So, we all should come
forward (এগিয়ে আসা) to solve it. I think if we take the following steps (পদক্ষেপ) it will be possible to
solve this problem. Firstly, we need to establish
(স্থাপন করা) industrialization (শিল্পায়ন) and we should also need to increase (বৃদ্ধি) mills, factories, and firms, etc. Secondly, we should increase
the rate of literacy (শিক্ষার হার) so that people can
be aware (সচেতন) of the Bad effects (খারাপ প্রভাব) of overpopulation.
Thirdly, the government can be proper
(সঠিক) stapes against (বিরুদ্ধে) the violations rules, (বিধি লঙ্গন নিয়ম) the laws and the corruption
(দূনির্তী). Finally, we have to
open vocational training (বৃত্তিমূলক প্রশিক্ষন) for the
young so that they can gain (অর্জন করা) practical knowledge (বাস্তবিক জ্ঞান) to start their own small business such as poultry farming,
cultivating fish, growing vegetables, etc. If all these issues can be implemented, (বাস্তবায়িত করা) this problem will
be largely solved.
